SPECIAL SERVICES FOR GRANTMAKERS

For many years the Support Center for Nonprofit Management has been assisting small to midsize foundations with building effective boards, setting priorities for grantmaking, designing capacity building processes for grantees, conducting outreach and focus groups, facilitating grantmaker coalitions and joint efforts, evaluating grantee projects, and conducting organizational assessments of grantee agencies.
