America's Second Harvest: Peer-to-Peer Supervision

Date: Thursday, January 18, 2007
Time: 9:30am-12:30pm

Overview: If you have ever been left “in charge,” you know how difficult it can be to ensure that your co-workers get the job done right. You need to be assertive without coming across as pushy. You have to give direction and oversight, even if you haven’t received much guidance yourself. This interactive half-day workshop will provide you with the skills, tools, and confidence to:

* Define the task and performance expectations

* Offer motivating and constructive feedback

* Get the results you—and your boss—want
