| Facilitator's Bio: | Janet Waterston is a human resources and organizational consultant experienced in both the for-profit and nonprofit sector. Formerly the Corporate Director of Personnel at Pandick, Inc., she provided counsel to managers of the corporation's ten companies and 15 subsidiaries before becoming the Managing Director of Employee and Volunteer Resources at the Gay Men's Health Crisis. Her broad spectrum of human resources expertise includes organizational design, supervisory training, employee relations and employment law. |
